Clif Luna Bar
The Clif Luna Bar is a lower calorie, lower carbohydrate alternative to the traditional Clif Bar. They have 8 grams of protein and are gluten-free to give you plenty of energy without weighing you down. Made with rice crisps, the bar tastes like a treat but is also fortified with 24 essential vitamins and minerals to give you some of those nutrients you may be lacking.
Luna protein bars comes in many unique flavors that you won’t find in the Original bars such as Toasted Nuts ‘n Cranberry, Peanut Honey Pretzel, and Chocolate Peppermint Stick. They are smaller and lighter than the traditional bar, making them a great pre-workout or between meals snack option.

How to Use Luna Bars:
We love to eat these bars 30-60 minutes before a training session for quick energy. We also pack them with us to have on-the-go fuel wherever we are. However, these bars tend to be better kept closer to room temperature, as they have a coating that tends to melt in hot, humid conditions. These lighter alternative to Clif Bars are great for an anytime snack!
