Product Description
A sprained ankle or chronic ankle instability doesn't have to end your training block. What it does require is the right support to stabilize the joint, manage swelling, and let you keep moving while the tissue heals.
The CEP Mid Support Compression Ankle Sleeve delivers 20–30mmHg of medical-grade compression wrapped in an anatomical orthopedic design — the same clinical compression level used in CEP's performance socks, applied with surgical focus to the ankle joint itself.
The compression does two important jobs simultaneously. First, it actively reduces swelling by improving circulation in and around the ankle — helping clear inflammatory fluid and deliver the blood flow that drives tissue repair. Second, it stabilizes the ankle joint and surrounding tendons, reducing the micro-instability that causes pain to compound with every step on a compromised ankle. The result is a sleeve you can train in, not just rest in.
20–30mmHg Medical-Grade Compression – Clinical-level compression around the ankle joint reduces swelling, improves circulation, and stabilizes fatigued or injured ankle structures — the same pressure standard CEP applies across its medical-grade performance lineup.
Anatomical Orthopedic Fit – The sleeve's orthopedic-inspired design positions the ankle correctly for movement, supporting the joint through its natural range of motion rather than restricting it. Flexible yet supportive material means you can run, train, and move without fighting the sleeve.
Stays Put In Shoes —The sleeve is engineered to stay anchored during workouts and fits comfortably inside most athletic footwear. No rolling, no bunching, no stopping mid-run to readjust.
Made from 76% polyamide, 14% spandex, and 10% polyester, the breathable construction manages moisture and maintains its compression properties through repeated use. Available in six sizes (I–VI) sized by ankle circumference for a precise, therapeutic fit.
How to Use CEP Mid Support Compression Ankle Sleeve
Pull on over the foot and position over the ankle joint, ensuring the sleeve sits evenly without bunching. It should feel snug and supportive, not painful or circulation-restricting.
Training through mild ankle sprains, chronic ankle instability, post-sprain recovery, or any activity where ankle joint support and swelling management are priorities. Fits inside most running and training shoes.
