Bobo's PB&J Oat Snacks
Since 2003, this Colorado bakery has dreamed up yummy oat bar recipes using wholesome, simple ingredients. One day, they thought, "what if we re-imagine the traditional Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich?!"
We're glad they did. Bobo’s made one that isn’t messy and is easy to take anywhere, for any activity. Replacing the bread with a totally gluten-free, nutrient dense, peanut-buttery oat crust, tasty jelly, and voila – PB&Js were born!
It's like a good-old-fashioned PB & J, except it's:

How to Use It:
For training days, we suggest one of these per hour or two alongside any other hydration and fueling needs. It's an ideal way to mix up your fuel selection.
Otherwise, they make an amazing post-workout / mid-hike / active day snack.
