Product Description
Bare Performance Nutrition Go Gel is a straightforward, real-food fuel source built for long training days and race day. It's made from simple, whole-food ingredients (fruit purée and juice concentrates, brown rice syrup, and sea salt) with no artificial additives, colors, or preservatives.
Each gel delivers 100 calories, 24g of fast-digesting carbohydrates, and 110mg of sodium, plus potassium, giving you carbs and electrolytes in one convenient pouch. The formula is designed to be gentle on the stomach and mild in sweetness, so it holds up well over multiple servings during longer efforts.
Go Gel is gluten-free, vegan, and NSF Certified for Sport®, tested for banned substances and manufactured to cGMP standards.
How to Use Bare Performance Nutrition Go Gel
Take one Go Gel about 15 minutes before exercise for an early energy boost, then one every 30-45 minutes during efforts over an hour. Pair with 16-24oz of water per hour to stay adequately hydrated.

That’s why we offer our Always Happy Promise.
