The Feed Welcome Offer – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Welcome Offer (“Offer”) made available by The Feed, Inc. (“The Feed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By redeeming or attempting to redeem this Offer, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Offer.

1. Eligibility

The Offer is available only to first-time customers who have never completed a purchase from The Feed, whether through our website, mobile applications, or any affiliated sales channels. Eligibility is limited to one (1) Offer per household, shipping address, payment method, email address, phone number, device, and any other identity indicators or data points used by The Feed to prevent misuse or duplicate redemptions.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine customer eligibility, verify information provided, and deny or revoke access to the Offer for any reason including—but not limited to—suspected fraud, account irregularities, or violations of these Terms.

2. Offer Details

The Offer provides a promotional discount for eligible customers on qualifying purchases made at TheFeed.com. The maximum discount value is $50, regardless of order size.

The Offer cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, loyalty rewards, store credits, or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for the Offer:

  • All gear items

  • Products from the brands LMNT and Thorne

  • Any items otherwise excluded on product detail pages or checkout

Taxes, shipping costs, and other fees do not count toward the discount and remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Redemption Rules

To redeem, customers must follow all instructions presented on TheFeed.com at the time of the Offer. The Offer is valid only for the duration indicated in the promotion or until terminated by The Feed.

Any attempt to create multiple accounts or otherwise circumvent eligibility checks will result in cancellation of the Offer and may lead to account suspension.

5. Non-Transferability

The Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, traded, or otherwise exchanged. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the Offer is prohibited.

6. Changes, Suspension, or Termination

The Feed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of modification, the version of these Terms in effect at the time of redemption will apply.

7. General Conditions

All purchases made using the Offer remain subject to The Feed’s standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The Feed is not responsible for technical errors, outages, or issues that may impact the ability to redeem the Offer.
