New Product Tryouts When a new brand joins The Feed, they often provide samples for about 100 of our pro athletes to test and review. Now, Feed 1st members will have access to these samples at the same time as our pros. It’s first-come, first-served, and you’ll get the email invitation alongside top athletes like Lionel Sanders, Chelsea Sodaro, and Courtney Dauwalter.
Feed Concierge (Text to Order) Our pro athletes often text me or my team from the road with requests like, “I need more of this—can you send it?” Starting in early 2025, we’ll offer this same convenience to Feed 1st members. You’ll have access to a private Feed 1st text number, and when you need something, just text us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Will you be adding more benefits in the future?
As a Feed 1ˢᵗ member, you'll enjoy additional benefits rolling out in 2025, including a concierge 'text-to-order' service, early access to new products, and more.
Can I cancel my membership and be refunded?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Your benefits will continue until the end of your 12-month period, and your subscription will not renew at that point.
What happens to my orders if I have them set up with Subscribe & Save?
You will continue to receive the subscribe and save benefits and now your orders will always ship free.
Is everyone eligible to be a Feed 1ˢᵗ Member?
Feed 1ˢᵗ membership is available only for shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or other non-eligible areas do not qualify for free shipping.
Can I share my Feed 1ˢᵗ membership benefits?
Feed 1ˢᵗ memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared. Products purchased by Feed 1ˢᵗ members cannot be resold. Clubs, teams, and retailers are not eligible for Feed 1ˢᵗ memberships, and only one user per account is allowed. Misuse of free shipping will be reviewed and may result in a refund and the loss of Feed 1ˢᵗ benefits.
Can my Feed 1ˢᵗ membership be revoked?
Yes, we reserve the right to refund a Feed 1ˢᵗ membership if we believe an account is abusing the Feed 1ˢᵗ terms and policies for any reason.
Accidentally purchased a Feed 1ˢᵗ membership?
If you mistakenly bought a Feed 1ˢᵗ membership, please contact us within 48 hours to request a refund.
