How do I become a Feed 1ˢᵗ Member??
Click a "Join" or "Get Started" button on this page and at checkout you will be able to purchase your membership. Once you’re a member your membership details will be visible in your profile page. You cannot use earned Feed Credit for purchasing a Feed 1ˢᵗ membership.
Will you be adding more benefits in the future?
Yes. Feed 1ˢᵗ members will get exclusive access to deals, sales, free products, events and more.
If I need to, can I cancel my membership early and will I be refunded?
If you cancel your membership early you will still receive the benefits until its renewal date. It will not renew once the year ends.
What if I’m in another Feed Club?
You can be part of Feed 1ˢᵗ and another Feed Club or program.
What type of free shipping is the free shipping?
Feed 1ˢᵗ is only available for shipping to a US eligible shipping address. Feed 1ˢᵗ orders ship standard shipping to the contiguous US states. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories may not be eligible for US Shipping.
What happens to my orders if I have them set up with Subscribe & Save?
You will continue to receive the Subscribe and Save benefits and now your orders will always ship free.
Is everyone eligible to be a Feed 1ˢᵗ Member?
Right now a Feed 1ˢᵗ membership and all the Feed 1ˢᵗ membership's perks except Free Shipping are available to everyone. Free Shipping is only available for shipping to contiguous and eligible US addresses. Non-eligible addresses, addresses in Hawaii, Alaska or territories are not eligible for free shipping.
Can I share my Feed 1ˢᵗ membership benefits?
Feed 1ˢᵗ memberships cannot be shared and is for individual use only. Products bought by Feed 1ˢᵗ Members cannot be offered for resale. Clubs, teams, retailers are not eligible for Feed 1ˢᵗ memberships. Only one user per account is eligible. Abuse of free shipping will be reviewed and may lead to refund and forfeiture of Feed 1ˢᵗ benefits.

If you accidentally purchase a Feed 1ˢᵗ membership contact us within 48 hours for a refund. We have the right to refund a Feed 1ˢᵗ membership for any accounts we believe are abusing the Feed 1ˢᵗ terms and policies for any reason.
