Professional triathlete chasing World Titles and seeing how far I can take this sport. I race globally at the highest level of long-course triathlon and have earned multiple Ironman 70.3 podiums, two top-10 finishes at the 70.3 World Championships, wins at Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and back-to-back victories at St. Anthony's Triathlon. I graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business Administration focused in Management. Outside of racing, I’m passionate about building genuine partnerships, creating engaging content, and helping grow the sport through storytelling and community. I’ve built a strong audience by being open with my training, race breakdowns, bike setups, and the reality of life as a professional athlete. Whether it’s #TimeTrialTuesday, race recaps, or sharing power numbers on Strava, I enjoy bringing people along for the journey. Beyond triathlon, I love staying busy through work, travel, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family. I genuinely enjoy the process, discipline, and balance it takes to pursue big goals at the highest level.
