Justin Riele

Justin Riele is a professional triathlete who races at the highest level while, up until the 2026 season, also balancing a full-time role as Senior Director of Marketing at Upstart. Born and raised in San Francisco, California, he now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife, Lauren. Justin studied Neuroscience at Vanderbilt University, where he spent much of his time with his fraternity and performing in The Melodores, the university’s a cappella group that won Season 5 of NBC’s The Sing-Off. He discovered triathlon at age 23 and has since achieved more than he ever imagined possible. After winning his age group at the 2021 Ironman World Championship, Justin earned his professional license and hasn’t looked back. In 2026, he went all in and quit his full-time job to pursue his potential. "I'm enjoying every minute of racing as a professional, and I feel incredibly blessed to be able to compete on the world stage."
