Allie Ostrander is a professional distance runner and three-time NCAA steeplechase champion (2017, 2018, 2019) who ran for Boise State before turning pro. A native of Kenai, Alaska, she's also a Mount Marathon Race legend, setting age-group course records there for years running. Her collegiate steeplechase three-peat made her the first woman to ever pull that off, and she's competed at the World Championships and multiple Olympic Trials since.
Beyond the results, Ostrander's built a reputation for being candid — she's used her platform to speak openly about eating disorder recovery and push back on body-focused commentary in women's sports.
