Welcome to Feed 1st, a subscription-based service offering exclusive benefits. Please read the following Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully, as they govern your membership in the Feed 1st program. These Terms are between you and The Feed.com, Inc and/or its affiliates ("The Feed.com" or "Us") and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of theFeed.com website and Feed 1st are also governed by the agreements listed and linked to below, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the TheFeed.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for a Feed 1st, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.
The Feed Terms of Terms of Service
1. Subscription Overview Feed 1st is an annual subscription service priced at $99 per year (subject to change in future terms). By subscribing to Feed 1st, you will receive the following benefits:
Free standard shipping on all orders to the lower US 48 states and Washington, D.C.
5% Feed Cash earned on every item purchased (subject to the behavior, expirations, and limitations of Feed Cash/Feed Store Credit, which may change over time).
6 free personalized water bottles upon your initial signup term (this offer applies only during the initial signup and will not be repeated upon renewal).
2. Auto-Renewal and Payment Your Feed 1st subscription will automatically renew each year at the then-current annual rate, which may be subject to change. By enrolling, you authorize Feed 1st to charge the annual subscription fee to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment or as updated in your account.
3. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your Feed 1st subscription at any time by logging into your account. After cancellation, you will continue to receive all benefits of the program for the remainder of your paid subscription term. However, no pro-rated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription term if you choose to cancel.
4. Program Changes and Termination The Feed reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate the program at any time, for any reason. If The Feed discontinues the Feed 1st program for all members, it may provide you a full refund of your then-current year’s membership amount and terminate the benefits upon 30 days’ notice. The Feed also reserves the right to remove a customer’s access to the program and its benefits if deemed necessary, in which case a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remainder of the current subscription term. The Feed is not obligated to renew or extend Feed 1st membership for any customer
5. Refunds Feed 1st does not offer pro-rated refunds if you choose to cancel your subscription. You will continue to enjoy the program benefits until the end of the paid term.
7. Customer Responsibility It is your responsibility to maintain accurate payment and account information. If we are unable to process your payment, your subscription will be suspended.
