The Yes Bar was born out of a kitchen where the founder, Abigail, sourced the cleanest and most simple ingredients she could make a snack out of for her son. They look and taste like a cookie but pack nutritious, premium quality organic ingredients inside.
Why do we love these?
We love the clean nature of these bars. They are full of real, tasty ingredients that resemble a truly homemade snack. It’s something we can look forward to pulling out of the bag or pocket when the need hits and not regret an unhealthy slip-up.
Yes Bars are fully plant-based, paleo, & vegan and free of GMO’s, gluten, grains, dairy, corn, soy, & eggs. These bars are perfect for athletes with food sensitivities, have half the sugar of an apple, and are great for the whole family to enjoy.
What’s in it?
As mentioned, they’re clean and Keto-friendly. The Yes Bar lineup is made from tasty and fulfilling ingredients like buttery macadamias, cashews, tart cherries, apricots, dark chocolate, sea salt.. it’s just goodness.
Most of these bars hover around 5g of protein, 3g of fiber, ~220 calories and 15 grams of carbs.
How to use it:
We think these are perfect for pre-workout, in between meals, or as a healthy and satisfying treat out on the trail. They are on the dense side of the spectrum in their nutrient profile, so be mindful of that when taking them out for a hard training session.
