Product Description

Hard training puts your immune system to work alongside your muscles, and a few weeks of heavy volume can leave you worn down when you need to stay consistent. A routine that supports your defenses every day is easier to keep than one you only start when something feels off.

SwissRX Immunity Defense combines five immune nutrients with four plant extracts in one daily capsule to support your body’s natural defenses.

A nutrient base for hard-training weeks – Zinc, vitamin C, vitamin A, L-lysine, and pantothenic acid each support normal immune function. Together they cover the basics your immune system draws on when training load is high.

Four herbs with long histories of use – Black elderberry, astragalus, echinacea, and andrographis are plant extracts used for centuries and included here for immune support. The elderberry is standardized to 13% anthocyanins, the pigment compounds that act as antioxidants.

Antioxidant support alongside immune support – Vitamin C and the plant extracts help your cells handle free radicals, the unstable molecules produced as a normal byproduct of hard exercise. That ties the formula to the wear of training as well as your defenses.

Zinc and vitamin A work together to support thymic factor, a hormone from the thymus gland that helps immune cells do their jobs. Vitamin A also supports the mucous membranes in your nose and throat. L-lysine is an essential amino acid, which means your body cannot make it and it has to come from food. Pantothenic acid, also called vitamin B5, helps your cells turn carbs, fats, and protein into energy.

How to Use SwissRX Immunity Defense
