Styrkr touts this tablet as “the perfect hypotonic formulation”. It packs an electrolyte profile similar to that of human sweat: sodium 1000mg, potassium 100mg, magnesium 25mg, and calcium 15mg.

How to Use It:

Drop a tablet – or half – in 500ml of water, shake well, and drink.

During vigorous activity and in hot conditions, some of us are saltier sweaters than others. These effervescent tablets are dual-dosage, meaning you can use a whole tablet if you sweat heavily or are exercising in hot conditions OR half if you don’t sweat a lot and the conditions are mild.

It’s not advisable to take more than 3 tablets in a single day.
