How to Use It:
Take one GEL30 before intense exercise lasting <1hr or spaced out every 1-2hrs for extreme endurance sessions/races.
One GEL30 Caff + is best for activities requiring intense effort and can be combined easily with other Styrkr products for a flexible fueling strategy.
As a rule of thumb, you should be aiming for around 30-60g of carbs per hour for activities of 1-3 hours and 90-120g of carbs per hour for any activities over four hours.
