The SFuels Train is your tool to leveraging efficient endurance training.
The Train is what we call SFuels' "base" endurance supplement. It's target is refining your fat-oxidation efficiency, leading to enhanced endurance, better conservation of muscle glycogen, and the ability to push into longer efforts. It also supports pre-race hydration needs without blunting fat oxidation through sugary mixes.
The Train is designed for aerobic/low intensity zone 2 workouts. They make it clear that this is the focus. It's great for fueling the needs of an active lifestyle OR aerobic training but isn't designed to fuel high intensity efforts.
What's in it?
It has no sugar alcohols, no added sugar, 4g of Medium-Chain Triglycerides (C8/C10), Glutamine, and electrolytes. You're getting 4g of fat, 2g of carbs, and 3g of protein.
How to Use It:
As an everyday hydrator and/or workout prep or low intensity, Aerobic training sessions.
