What we think

The SFuels Race + Drink is the upgraded version of their Train formula. These products are your tools to leveraging efficient endurance training.

The Race + Drink builds upon the Train Drink, what we call SFuels' "base" endurance supplement, by bringing more carbohydrates on board. Its target is providing more carbohydrates in a stable, consistent manner to fuel your longer efforts. It also supports pre-race hydration needs without blunting fat oxidation through sugary mixes.

The Race + Drink is designed for workouts and races involving a little more effort, thus the addition of carbohydrates. They make it clear that this is the focus and it's great for fueling the needs of most training. You can stack them, too, starting a long day with the Train and transitioning to the Race +.

What's in it?

It has no sugar alcohols, no added sugar, 4g of Medium-Chain Triglycerides (C8/C10), Glutamine, and electrolytes. You're getting 15g of carbs, 4g of fat, and 3g of protein.

How to Use It:

As an everyday and lower calories hydrator and/or workout prep + medium-high intensity training sessions. This is the "bigger brother" to the Train formula they make.

Mix one serving with 16oz of cold water and consume every 30min of activity.
