SFH Push Pre Workout
Hands down, this is my go-to Pre-Workout. While originally focused on more of the strength/CrossFit community, I find it takes me from my morning slumber to ready-to-race in about 20 minutes.
It's much more than just the 115mg of caffeine per serving; it is backed with Beta Analine, Nitric Oxide Boosters, and BCAAs.
SFH Push also contains quercetin to combat inflammation and enhance performance, glycine to prevent fatigue and break down fat, as well as arginine to increase blood flow and oxygenation.
The taste is also really good and it is not chalky like many pre-workout drinks.
