How to use it:
We use this product within 30-60 minutes of a hard workout to replenish all those important nutrients lost. This tasty recovery mix goes well in water or nut milks - since it's dairy free it is great for those lactose-free athletes out there.
Add 50 g (about 3 scoops) into 500 mL of liquid and mix well. Use water or a dairy-free beverage for best results because of the whey protein found in this product, which may slow down absorption. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water along with this product because it is high in sodium and will work best with optimal hydration status.
