What we think
Why does it have a hole in it? We'll get there...but don't you want to know what it can do? We thought so! The RAD Atom was built with one thing in mind. It's the ultimate tool to aide in top notch compression and help with the circulation on the bigger muscle areas like the back,glutes,hips etc. But don't stop there...we have found it fantastic on a number of key areas.
Oh yeah...and what's the deal with the hole in the middle? Combine this RAD Atom with their RAD Rod and you have a wickedly impressive all around tool. RAD says - "Insert one end of the RAD Rod into the center hole of the RAD Atom to transform this baller compression ball into a monster of cross-friction release. It basically becomes a crowbar capable of prying muscles free from restrictions. More pressure, less pressure, one direction, the other direction…it’s all up to you and it’s at your fingertips."
We took them up on this suggestion a number of times whilst trying to knead out our muscles and have to say it's a killer combination! The RAD Atom is quite simple by itself, but in case you are wondering about it's details:

HOW WE USE IT
After our workouts, we like to make time (yes...this means you need to make time!!) to stretch and roll out the entire body. We usually try and roll out 3-4 times per week if your an athlete that runs tight. Start in very small amounts of time and work into a routine. Your body will thank you!
