How to Use Bitters® No. 9
Dose: Use 1 to 2 pumps in water or directly into your mouth, three times daily. Or use 2 to 4 pumps in sparkling water during or after meals, as needed for digestive comfort. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.
Notes: This blend includes dandelion and goldenrod, both with mild diuretic properties, plus myrrh and juniper, both traditionally avoided during pregnancy, and clove, which can have mild blood-thinning effects at higher doses. If you have a ragweed or related plant allergy, burdock may cause a cross-reaction, so check with your physician first. Talk to your physician before use if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, or if you're on blood-thinning medication.
