What's in it?
PowerBar, an athlete favorite since 1996, is back with upgraded products. Their new and improved Black Line of products are great for optimizing fueling fast during endurance exercise and events and reaching high levels of carbohydrate fueling. It's a long-time favorite with an update.
The Fuel Gel 30
Each gel contains 30 grams of carbs and 202mg of sodium!
These gels contain a dual source carbohydrate mix that contains a scientifically developed 1:.08 ratio of glucose to fructose an not the C2Max. This is because it's designed to work in conjunction with other Black Line products that support a higher carbohydrate fueling plan.
Powerbar updated their formula so the gels now have a much more liquid-like consistency, making them easy to get down during exercise.

How to Use It:
Consume as needed per your fueling plan. Suggested to consume 1-3 (30g-90g) per hour.
