Matt's take: This is one of the new products I use almost every night. Since I first got product samples in the Fall of last year, I don't think I missed more than a few nights without drinking PILLAR before bed. It's simple. I simply sleep better every night when I drink it before bed.

In my case, I can get mild leg discomfort that wakes me up. It could be the night after a hard workout, but I also get it on rest days. Sometimes, even more on rest days.

The Triple Magnesium format is ideal. What's impressive is how well PILLAR has made it taste, as magnesium is notoriously hard to make taste good. I'll make a bold statement that this is the best-tasting magnesium drink!

I prefer the powdered form to drink, and one scoop is plenty for me. Mix it with about 6 oz - 8 oz of water, stir or shake, and drink.
