These gels are vegan and gelatin-free and use eco-friendly ingredients, like getting sugars from agave syrup and tapioca starch. Its smooth texture and neutral taste makes it easy and reliable to take during high-intensity efforts.
How to Use Boost Energy Gel:
Take 1-3 gels per hour of intense exercise depending on your fueling needs and goals. 1 gel = 25g of carbs and 113mg of sodium so you can dose it or couple it with your hydration needs.
