Designed for your hard days, each serving delivers 60g of carbohydrates in a sustaining 2:1 ratio to help you push harder and go faster. Plus, it comes with 400mg of electrolytes per serving to help replenish those essential minerals lost in sweat.
Some of the magic of this drink mix is in it's alkaline pH, which helps neutralize stomach acidity and improves digestive comfort during exercise. When you are going hard and eating a lot, it's a recipe for GI issues.
How to Use Boost Drink Mix:
Take 1 serving per hour of intense exercise depending on your fueling needs and goals. 1 serving = 60g of carbs and 263mg of sodium so you can dose it or couple it with other fuel depending on your needs. For example, pair it with one Näak Boost Gel to reach 85g of carbs per hour.
