Microbial Diversity and Ingredients:

- Plays an important role in metabolism and has been shown to support fat loss in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise.
- F. Prausnitzii
- This can increase the production of butyrate, which is a short-chain fatty acid that maintains healthy intestinal cells.

- This can also increase butyrate production and promote lean body mass.
