How to Blend Your Kyoku Smoothie
Add Kyoku + Liquid
Pour 1 packet of Kyoku into your blender. Add 12–16 oz of your milk of choice (oat, almond, etc.).
Add Frozen Fruit & Extras
Toss in ½ banana, a handful of berries (or frozen fruit), and some ice for creaminess and texture.
Optional Performance Boosters
