Product Description

HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbuterate) is a compound that comes from the amino acid leucine, which has been shown in research to slow protein breakdown and speed up protein synthesis and repair. In fact, HMB is one of the few supplement ingredients that has been approved by the International Society of Sports Nutrition! 

HMB has been shown in research to do a number of things for athletes, including:
  • Increasing strength gains from lifting
  • Enhancing training adaptations for endurance athletes
  • Increasing muscle mass 
  • Reducing muscle damage after a hard training session

This natural orange flavored powder from Klean contains a leucine-rich blend of amino acids combined with HMB, vitamin D3, and glutamine to help build and preserve lean muscle mass.
