Start at a lower speed (1–2) for sensitive areas, warmups, or if you're new to percussion therapy. Use mid-range speeds for everyday recovery, and higher speeds (5–6) for dense muscle groups like quads, hamstrings, and glutes. The built-in pressure sensor also helps guide your intensity in real time.
