Honey Stinger Energy Chews
I love to use gummies/chews/etc to keep me going during exercise when I need faster energy. I currently have Invisalign, so there are “buttons” on my teeth, the Honey Stinger chews don’t stick to them at all. I didn’t find that they stuck in my molars either. The Cherry Blossom flavor is great! I find I can get these down even when I have dry mouth from nerves (still pretty new to competition). - Julie

What we think
These Honey Stinger Organic Energy Chews are a health-conscious alternative to standard chews.
They are formulated specifically for athletes looking for a great tasting way to get quick energy, but not at the expense of low quality ingredients. They are made from organic honey and tapioca syrup so they contain multiple carbohydrate sources for optimal absorption. Not to mention, one serving contains 100% of your daily vitamin C, an antioxidant important for combatting inflammation and damage from intense exercise.
These chews have a great texture that doesn’t stick to your teeth. They are smaller than other chews and their ingredients are easy to digest. The flavor profiles are very natural - and we can promise that what their called is what you get. For example the cola flavor really tastes like cola. Honey Stinger Energy Chews are also USDA organic, gluten-free, dairy-free and contain no GMOs.

How to use them:
These energy chews can be consumed before, during, or after exercise to provide quick absorbing fuel for hard working muscles. Consume 5-10 minutes before activity for a burst of energy, every 45-60 minutes during exercise to fuel active muscles and prevent bonking, or immediately after exercise to quickly restore depleted muscle glycogen and speed up recovery.
As always, chews should be used in conjunction with solid food and plenty of fluids.
