I recommend this product
5 stars!

I received my flasks (4 of them) about a 2 weeks ago... started using them on my rides and runs... THE BEST INVENTION EVER!!! For a zillion years, I've been carrying gel packs that fill and bulk-up my jersey pockets on long rides and races... and for runs (training and during marathons) I could carry a ***** pack (yes... I love ***** packs lol) filled with gels. FIVE--5 gels fit into the flask... and easy to run with in-hand... I use only one jersey pocket that I store 2 flasks on my long rides. I wish I knew about this some years ago... life would have been much easier!!! Thank you!!! P.S. Convenience is when you can mix the gels all up into one flask... just awesome!!!

Always have this while I'm riding for going for a long swim at the pool. Very easy to use and holds a lot. It's so simple to just to reach back, grab it and squeeze the bottom to get the gel out. Much easier than tearing off the top of a gel packet. Fits nicely in the back of all Hammer Cycling and Tri Gear.

Using the flask when running long distance is great. No more sticky hands from the packets. Fits nicely in running hydration vest.

Nice bottle. Comfortable to carry, good for gels or a small amount of water or energy drink. Easy to pocket when empty

Easy to use and environmentally sound

I was looking for a cost effective solution for carrying multiple gel packs and when on the road with minimal stops, I could pull this out and take a packet's worth of jell without having to tear the pack open, try to figure out what to do with the sticky packet after consuming. Also, purchasing and refilling this is also more cost effective. I like it!!

I've used these Flasks for 10 years now. They have served me well during Marathons, Centuries, and 70.3 Triathalons. They allow me to thin out the gel in a 1:4 ratio with Electrolite Water for easer consumption at speed.

This flask has some thought behind it. My friend bought a flask online and the outside was a slippery plastic he had to put sticky tape on the outside for grip not the hammer flask it has some texture molded in the bottle and the finger grips all help the bottle stay in your hand. Several bottles in the refrigerator with a variety of flavors is the way to go.
