I find endurolytes to be a great help on my long rides and races over three hours.
I have noticed a big difference in how good my body feels after a workout when I take these before. I realize they are for endurance, and I use them for long runs. But I also take one before hot yoga and circuit training. Not only is my endurance improved, but I don't get a headache afterward.
Use on long hikes
Frickin' awesome. Been using about a week. Was struggling with dehydration after workouts no matter how much water I drowned myself in before & after. So far, this has made a huge difference. No joke. Way better than the other top-selling electrolytes I've tried...
Been using these for over a year. Best decision! I have had excruciating leg cramps for years, feet, toes, shins, and calves will cramp so tightly only extremely hot water will loosen them. I work about 90 minutes 3 times per week and always take two tablets before a workout. Even if I'm not at the gym I make sure to take 2 tablets 3 to 4 times per week - my cramps are minimal to none.
I can't drink sports drink or use gels and Endurolytes work like a charm in keeping me hydrated without intestinal issues on my workouts and long runs.
