The Roctane Gel contains the same carbohydrates (21 g) as GU’s original Gel, but with more amino acids, sodium, and caffeine for an extra boost.
The Roctane Drink Mix contains 60 g of carbs and 320 mg of sodium, alongside amino acids. One mix contains caffeine.
The Protein Recovery is the post-workout choice, with 30 g of carbs and 20 g of protein and an unbeatable taste.
