Fuel 2 O is formulated with easy to digest carbohydrates that provide quick energy without stomach upset! It "builds" upon their Hydration by incorporating more carbohydrates to serve as fuel. Their source of carbohydrates come from sucrose and dextrose and offer 25g of carbohydrates along with 250mg sodium (per serving) making it a convenient fueling and hydration source for any sweat session!

Fuel 2 O Offers full spectrum electrolytes, including chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium that replaces those electrolytes lost from sweat. It offers 250 mg of sodium including those minerals for optimal hydration and replenishment. Never worry about mineral loss with this one!

How We Use It:
In exercises that last under 1 hour, we like to mix one serving with 12oz of water for hydration and energy. For workouts lasting over an hour, we recommend adding 1-2 servings of Fuel 2 O with another 12-24 fl oz of water.
