Product Description
Our brains are one of the most vital parts of human health.
Several studies indicate that synaptic connections in the brain hippocampus, a critical region for learning and memory, decline during the normal process of aging. In addition to that, we can drastically affect our cognitive function when concussion/brain injuries are involved.
Neuro Complex, which uses the unique and patented chelated mineral called Magtein®, is superior to other forms of magnesium at getting through the blood-brain barrier. This is the big difference in Neuro Complex: its effectiveness at getting through this roadblock.
Brain Injuries and Neuro Complex
It’s estimated that approximately 1.6 million - 3.8 million sport-related TBIs are experienced in the United States alone, with over 50% not being reported.
Why is this important?
It is well documented that there is a loss in magnesium after traumatic brain injury that can result in loss of motor and cognitive function, PTSD and depression. These experiences can be supported through adequate magnesium availability in the brain.
