Castleflexx
The CastleFlexx is a no joke upper body mobility device. I’m always tight in my lats and triceps from my weight training and it’s impossible to get a release using bands and straps that are such a pain to try and hold onto. Real deal and glad I took the jump and went for this… despite the expensive price I’ve already cut my chiro and massages down by 75pct. - Cole N.

What we think
As a cyclist or runner, I can pretty much guarantee that you have overly tight hamstrings and calves. The problem is that this often leads to low back pain, tendinitis behind the knee, and an overall performance decline.
CastleFlexx is elegantly simple. My partner at The Feed, Brandon, and I have been trying it out and love it. I've even bought four of them for my family members to use.
It's like a strap you may use for stretching your hamstrings, calf, ankle, and foot...but it works much better.
Here is why:
You slide your ankle in the pocket and the fabric goes over your foot to put it into dorsiflexion. Then you lay on your back and guide the stretch from the brushed aluminum bar and cork handles.
The secret is the bar has a small 2lbs weight. It doesn't sound like much, but it makes a world of difference, so you aren't pulling on your leg. The weight does most of the work for you.
Here is the science simplified. If you do a stretch for 30 seconds and see your range of motion increase, this is your muscle releasing. But to have long-term flexibility, you also need to stretch the fascia around the muscles; this takes much longer. For example, you might need to be holding a stretch for 2 to 4 minutes to gain more flexibility in your fascia.
You don't want to push it or apply too much force to stretch your fascia, but instead, have light force over a longer period of time. This is where the Castelflexx shines.
Why do we love it?
Castleflexx is the first-ever device that helps with full-body strength, flexibility, and mobility training. It can be used in a few different ways to target different muscle groups for different purposes. Once you have this item, you never have to worry about a resistance band flying out of place and smacking you or overstretching your hamstrings.
The secret is the weighted bar that keeps your upper body balanced & stress-free while stretching! Using light force over a long period of time to get fascia stretching.
Each CastleFlexx unit comes with a 2lb detachable magnetic weight to adjust the intensity of your desired workout. The weight seamlessly attaches, which allows you to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout, depending on your needs.
