This hydration mix from BUBS is built around giving athletes rapid hydration built around ingredients from nature, not from a lab.
It means they have crafted a hydration formula comprised of essential electrolytes derived completely from natural sources. The foundation of BUBS Hydrate or Die is organic evaporated coconut water powder, himalayan salt, and Aquamin (magnesium pulled from ocean plankton).
Hydrate or Die has 2000mg of powerful electrolytes, including 670mg of sodium within that. It's not light on the electrolytes, which is a nice change of pace!
