How to Use Bonk Breakers:

Energy Bars:
We like to eat one about 90 minutes before training with plenty of water or to supplement fueling on long training sessions (like rides and runs). These are also great to have with you for a midday pick-me-up. Whether you’re at work, out hiking, or getting ready for a hard training session.

Energy Chews:
Take as many chews as needed with plenty of water to meet your energy and hydration needs. The portable pouches are easy to pack with you during any training or competition to top off your energy stores and keep you from bonking. Take one pack every half- to one hour.

Protein Bar:

Take them immediately following a workout or as a decent mid-day snack. Bonk Breaker’s Protein Bars are delicious and are a great way to get your recovery game started, with 30g of carbs and 13g of protein!
