How to Use Bonk Breakers:

We like to eat one about 90 minutes before training with plenty of water or to supplement fueling on long training sessions (like rides and runs). These are also great to have with you for a midday pick-me-up. Whether you’re at work, out hiking, or getting ready for a hard training session.
Energy Chews
Take as many chews as needed with plenty of water to meet your energy and hydration needs. The portable pouches are easy to pack with you during any training or competition to top off your energy stores and keep you from bonking. Take one pack every half- to one hour.
