We're picky.
Picky Bars was born with the desire to break-away from the traditional energy bar and transition to something more nutritious and wholesome. Jesse, Lauren and Steph, (owners and pro athletes) each had very specific needs that weren’t met by another bar on the market… until now.
They all loved the real food bars that were out there, but felt like athletes needed a real food bar that also considered fueling for top performance. Additionally, without sacrificing taste. What's different about Picky Bars are the ingredients, as well as the 4:1 balance of carbs to protein in every bar. They're also packaged in convenient 200 calorie servings (per bar), which make building fueling strategies very easy.

We love that Picky Bar chooses to use high quality ingredients. The bars are built with stuff you already know (and know how to say): agave, dates, blueberries, cinnamon, natural almond butter, sea salt, sunflower seeds and more.
They also come in many really good flavors: from the All-in Almond to the Smooth Caffeinator. We rely on Picky Bars A LOT during big training blocks and we'd recommend that you give them a try as well.
They're built for great taste AND performance; those two things that are hard to combine in such a delicious 200 calorie pack.

How to Use Picky Bars:
We like to bring this satiating bar with us for long endurance days or after our workout. There is no need to be "picky" when it comes to selecting a flavor, they are all delicious.
