These tablets contain the same electrolytes as the basic Nuun Sport but also have the added benefit of beloved caffeine.
One tablet contains 40mg of caffeine from green tea extract, which is the equivalent of about half a cup of coffee. Caffeine is a known natural ergogenic aid, meaning it has been shown to improve performance by allowing you to go hard for longer before fatiguing. It provides a boost of energy and wards off mental fatigue you might experience during a long training session, race, or your typical day at work (we’ve all been there).
