We've been big fans of the PowerDot® for quite sometime and was eager to have them added into our quiver of tools at The Feed. Muscle stimulation has been a widely used therapy for years and it's no secret that PowerDot® is the world's smartest muscle recovery & performance tool.

How to use it:
We are very consistent at using the Powerdot post-workout, but you may also use them prior to a big workout or event. It's extremely easy to pull out these pods, hook them up to your iOS device, and stick them on!
