In a shaker/blender bottle add 10-12 oz of water (room temp is best), add 2 level scoops of Vitargo S2 and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. You can also mix it in a blender. Use 1-2 level scoops as a pre-workout, and consume 2 level scoops as soon as possible post-workout, ideally with 20-25 grams of protein.
