I use these all the time to me they are the best on the market.

They seem to keep me going on long runs and well hydrated. Flavors are all good. Pay attention to caffeinated and no caffeine varieties if that's important to you. I take one of each on a 10 mile run

I use these for long runs and long races. It's the only product that I can easily swallow in less than a minute and it doesn't cause me any digestive difficulties. I feel like I get the necessary energy and calories from these gels during half and full marathons.

I enjoy the mix of flavors in the variety box and like to switch them up during my training runs. It took a few times to figure out the routine of taking them that worked best for my half marathon training, but now that I have, these definitely help. My favorite flavors so far are Nutty Cocoa Berry and the chocolate!

I loved the convenience and size. I use them when riding long bike rides (20 to 100 miles). They are small and easy to carry in pockets of cycling jersey's. They taste good. I can easily eat it without stopping and It gives me the energy quickly needed without feeling full. I love them!

I have used them during crossfit competitions, and recently during a marathon. I could not have survived without them. I was really worried about runner's gut from supplementing during a race but these didn't cause any upset or increased thirst. The chocolate flavor is amazing!

I am a runner who is slowly getting back in shape after a serious injury and some time off. I run about 25 miles per week and recently found that I did much better when I ate on runs longer than 3 or 4 miles. I tend to eat these every 20-30 minutes, depending on the level of activity. I personally like all the flavors. It keeps you running and is effective before races to assure that you have enough in the tank to finish the race without loading you down.
