How We Use It
Mix up 1/2 - 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces of water or your favorite low carb beverage, 15-30 minutes before exercise. If you are working out for more than an hour, use 1/2 scoop per hour.
Each tub contains 15 full-scoop servings, or 30 half-scoop servings.
