What we think

Vitamin C is most known for being a key antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage, but it also plays an important role in energy production, wound healing, and healthy immune function. Taking a high amount of vitamin C can help boost both immune function and antioxidant support, but it can be challenging for those with a sensitive or compromised digestive system.

This Buffered C Powder is also great because, in addition to vitamin C, it provides calcium, magnesium, and potassium mineral-ascorbates that serve as a buffer so you can take in higher amounts of vitamin C with more ease and comfort.

How We Use It:
Mix 1 scoop with at least 8 oz. of water and take 1-2 times daily.

I like that I don’t get an upset stomach, and it works. Tastes sort of like Gatorade, but works so i’ll be drinking it regularly.

I like this form of taking vitamin C. It has helped me feel better. It is hard to find something to drink this with, though. Water doesn't taste good at all with it, but some apple juice or green tea seems to mask the taste. I do have to keep stirring it though. Better than taking a pill, though.
