It has everything you need to attack those threshold intervals or push that long run. How to use this Pack
Here's some advice on how you can use the fuel in this pack for your long runs. Use the Drink Mix 320 and/or Solid 160 to ensure you store enough energy. In the morning, pair a simple carb breakfast with Drink Mix 160 OR Solid 160. If you use caffeine, take one Caf Gel 100 fifteen minutes before the run. During the run, alternate taking a Gel 100 and Gel Caf 100 every thirty minutes. If you are going longer than 90 minutes and desire a faster finish, consider using the Gel 160 to sustain you through the latter stages of the run. The higher carb content will provide longer-lasting energy without the need for more frequent fueling. After you finish, consume a Solid 160 in the first half hour to kickstart recovery and replenish glycogen, followed by a regular meal.
