LactiGo
A game-changing topical gel built for performance. Scientifically proven to help you workout longer and recover faster.
What is LactiGo?
When you train hard or for long periods of time, lactic acid builds up and leads to an increase in H+ ions. This is where fatigue and soreness come from. LactiGo is a gel that uses a powerful carnosine and magnesium formula that delivers an instant cooling effect on your muscles and helps to prevent this. All you have to do is apply a few pumps to the muscles you’re going to train during your workout, and you’ll feel the difference.
LactiGo is an easy-to-apply, non-greasy gel that has a convenient push top applicator. It’s quick-drying and leaves no residue. It’s been endorsed by high-level coaches and an impressive line up of professional athletes, and it’s backed by clinical research.
An evaluation on the efficacy of LactiGo showed that elite male soccer players who used the gel experienced significant improvements in tests of maximal aerobic capacity and anaerobic work capacity. The athletes saw an increase in overall performance of up to 15% after just one application.
Menthol vs Non-Menthol
While some athletes swear by the menthol version, others aren’t big fans. LactiGo has an option for both! The only difference between these two is menthol. All of the other hard-working ingredients are the same.
Ingredients
Ethoxdiglycol, Glycerine, L-Carnosine, Magnesium Sulphate, Phenoxyethanol, Water, Xanthan Gum, (and Menthol 1.25% for the Menthol option).

How to Use LactiGo
45 minutes before your workout, apply LactiGo to the muscle area you’ll be training. Give the area a nice, thin coating, as you would with sunscreen.
The amount you use depends on the area you’re covering. For example: if you’re cycling, you’ll only need to apply it to your legs and lower body. We recommend that cyclists use up to 5 pumps per leg.
For an additional boost in recovery, apply a second layer after your post-activity shower.
