If you need a boost for an important workout, or that extra pep before a race (we find it works best for shorter duration races), PreRace delivers results. PreRace’s nitric oxide systems increases the amount of time you can push yourself before you reach exhaustion, while improving your performance, mental acuity and focus. Clinically effective doses of citrulline malate, taurine, caffeine and quercetin are used to enhance how much output you can generate.

Yes, it will make you faster.

Potent stuff. Start with a small dose. And don't use it before yoga -- it gives stamina, sure, but it also makes you way jittery. Knowing these products are available over the counter make you wonder how high-test something must be to be banned!

I wonder if the formula has changed? I've used it before long workouts and never felt any side effects. The other morning it made me nauseous during my workout and it was my first use out of a new jar. It definitely helps with focus and stamina.

this is the best thing i have ever used

this is the best thing i have ever used. one scoop in a water bottle and go get your workout done. this stuff tastes like salty dirt though... but its not too bad. - used to row competitively and workouts would be 3 hours it lasts the whole time.

There's no jolt or anything like that, just pure focus on everything you are ...

I drank a full dose of this 10 mins before a 25Km MTB race last May 31,2015 & it felt it kick-in, 15 mins during the 1st climb. There's no jolt or anything like that, just pure focus on everything you are doing (inhale, exhale, pedal ******, climb, climb, climb).
