How We Use It
Mix one scoop with 16 oz. of water. We use Clif Shot Electrolyte Mix during long training sessions to replenish our fuel and fluids! This drink mix is slightly lower in carbohydrates than some others, so it may be a good choice if you tend to experience stomach distress from high carbohydrate drink mixes. If you need more carbohydrates, consider bringing Clif Bloks along for the ride.
