How We Use It
We've found that following the instructions on the packaging works great, provided you keep your pan at the right medium temperature. If your pan is a little on the hot side, these pancakes can stick. We highly recommend adding butter or ghee to the pan for some extra flavor and topping them off with a generous pour of Untapped maple syrup!
Pro tip: top with Greek yogurt and berries for a balanced, protein packed breakfast that will keep you fueled all day long. If you're keto, top with nut butter, nuts or seeds, and a small handful of berries for a well-balanced breakfast!
